The development consisted of a registered care home and six flats over three storeys. It was a masonry construction of beam and block ground floor and concrete plank upper floors with brick exterior to the flats and render to the care home under a Kalzip metal roof. 

The Care Home consists of three flats with separate bedrooms and communal facilities.
