Description:
This is Sandwood's first development for Community Housing Association under our framework agreement. The development comprises 21 flats for rent. 
It is a very challenging development, and like 143 Merton Road, it is a very tight site. There are also the additional issues of being located in close proximity to the railway line at Kentish Town in North London.
The development is due for completion in August 2008.
