The development consists of the refurbishment of 6 flats into 12 bedsits with communal facilities for young people leaving care.

The bedrooms have private bathroom facilities which have been designed to use bathroom pods to maximise the space available.

There is also office space for support workers, communal lounges, laundry facilities and kitchen/dining rooms. External works were also undertake to improve the facade and provide a garden area.

The scheme was completed in October 2008.
