This is our second new build project for Network Housing Group, comprising the demolition of existing bungalows and the construction of 15 units.

The scheme is constructed in masonry and provides sheltered accommodation for rent, with 6 of the units being fully wheelchair accessible.

The project is expected to complete in September 2010 and will achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
