Description:
This new development is built on the site of a former council depot on the Pembury Estate.
The development consists of 30 one and two bedroomed flats. The project is on a narrow overlooked site; deep balconies have been provided with full height glazing protected by mesh screens.
Although using electrical heating, the disadvantages of this fuel are partially offset by the detailing and build values that has produced an airtight building close to Passive House standards.
All the flats perform extremely well. This demonstrates a good design and excellent level of workmanship.
