Description:
The project at Milborne Street is Sandwood's sixteenth scheme for the Peabody Trust. It consists of one five storey concrete frame block of 8 flats, and a four storey block of 12 flats in load bearing masonry.
The project was completed in February 2009.
We have already collaborated successfully with the architects Penoyre & Prasad on the adjoining Elsdale Street scheme.
