Description:
The project at Milborne Street is the 16th Sandwood scheme for the Peabody Trust. It consists of one five storey concrete frame block of 8 flats, and a four storey block of 12 flats in load bearing masonry.
We started on site in January 2007, commencing with the demolition of the existing light industrial units. Completion of the project is planned for March 2008.
The architects are Penoyre & Prasad who we have already collaborated with successfully, on the adjoining Elsdale Street scheme.
