For a relatively small company we have had the opportunity to work on some particularly interesting and varied projects, mostly with the Social Housing sector.

These have included innovative designs at Evelyn Road and Boxley Street, Excellent EcoHomes ratings at Boatemah Walk, Angela Carter Close, Wiltshire Road, 432 Merton Road, St John's Crescent and 143 Merton Road, and Modern Methods of Construction at Mackintosh Lane (modular and five storey timber frame).

As well as timber frame at Mackintosh Lane and Elsdale Street, there have been concrete frames at Pembury Place, Spring Place and Carlton Drive, and steel frame structures at Mora Burnett House.

Although most of the sites have been new build housing, there have been conversions/refurbishments at Landsdowne Drive, Camden Road and Darnley Road, Care Homes at Wick Road, Homer Road and Ripple Road, and an Extra Care Home at Mora Burnett House.

Current schemes include concrete frame at Milborne Street, timber frame at Chiswick War Memorial Homes, with load bearing masonry at Tulse Hill and Milborne Street .

Schemes commencing early in 2009 are 430 Merton Road, Long Elmes and Homer Road.

Outside of housing we have an interest in education buildings, including the recently completed Rooftop Nursery, Fairlop Primary School and Central Foundation School for Boys.
