Description:
This is our seventeenth project for the Peabody Trust, on a difficult corner site in Hackney. It is in close proximity to four other projects constructed by Sandwood for the Peabody Trust: a care home, block of flats and houses further along Homer Road, and another care home on Wick Road.
The 12 flats are being constructed in masonry and have a green roof, solar hot water systems and will achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The project is due to complete in August 2010.
