The IIP Profile goes beyond the Standard level (awarded to Sandwood several years ago) which tells an organisation it is displaying good practice; the Profile shows an organisation how well it is performing and where to look for further improvements. In the 10 general indicators measured against, Sandwood scored two at Level 1 (the standard level), six at Level 2, one at Level 3 and one at the outstanding Level 4. Level 2 and above
