James has also been in the construction business since leaving school. He joined Sandwood in 2000 as a Site Manager and is now the Direct Labour Manager. He ensures all sites are resourced as needed and is also responsible for the ordering and on-site management of all timber, ensuring the procedures for FSC control are met. James also manages the defects team, making sure all defects are completed well and in good time.
